SHIPPED HATCHING EGGS
Live chicks are not shipped. Shipping is limited to hatching eggs only.
Shipping availability depends on USPS reliability and weather conditions.
Orders ship only after full payment is received.
Eggs ship no older than three days post-lay.
Shipping may be delayed due to extreme weather or carrier disruptions.
No refunds or replacements are offered once eggs are shipped. Hatch rates cannot be guaranteed.
I am not responsible for incubator or brooder issues after delivery.
Each package includes up to $100 in carrier insurance, which applies only to verified loss or physical damage as determined by the shipping carrier. Insurance does not cover hatch rates, shipping delays, temperature exposure, or incubation outcomes.
UNFORESEEN CIRCUMSTANCES
If circumstances beyond my control—including illness, weather events, postal disruptions, or other emergencies—prevent fulfillment of your order, your order will be refunded in full. I am not responsible for additional losses or expenses beyond the amount paid.
